A2A Security is searching for a dedicated and professional security agent to oversee operations at a residential condominium tower situated in Montreal, QC.

Position Overview:
As a Security Agent, your main duty will be to ensure the safety and security of the building and its residents. You will manage visitor access and contribute to creating a welcoming environment. This position is essential for providing excellent customer service while following safety protocols.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage access for residents and visitors.
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular property patrols.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies.
• Offer assistance and information to residents and guests.
• Document incidents and maintain accurate activity records.
• Enforce building rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications:

• A valid security guard license (BSP) is required.
• Previous experience in a security or concierge capacity is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are crucial.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Working Conditions:

• This role offers both full-time and part-time positions.
• Shifts may include days, evenings, and weekends based on operational needs.
• Competitive pay is offered based on experience, ranging from $18.00 to $20.60 per hour.
