A2A Security is seeking a committed and professional security agent to manage operations at a residential condominium tower located in Montreal, QC.

Position Overview:

As a Security Agent, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of the building and its residents. You will also oversee visitor access and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial for delivering outstanding customer service while adhering to safety protocols.

Main Responsibilities:

• Control access for residents and visitors.

• Monitor surveillance systems and carry out regular patrols of the property.

• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies.

• Provide assistance and information to residents and guests.

• Prepare incident reports and keep accurate records of activities.

• Enforce building rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications:

• A valid security guard license (BSP) is mandatory.

• Previous experience in a security or concierge role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are vital.

• Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations.

Working Conditions:

• This position provides both full-time and part-time opportunities.

• Shifts may include days, evenings, and weekends based on operational needs.

• Competitive pay will be offered based on experience, ranging from $18.00 to $20.60 per hour.
