About this role
A2A Security is seeking a dependable and professional security officer to oversee operations at a construction site situated on the South Shore of Montreal.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage access for workers, visitors, and suppliers.

Perform preventive surveillance rounds.

Safeguard equipment and materials on site.

Draft incident and activity reports.

Enforce safety regulations and report any hazardous situations. These tasks align with the typical safety and prevention duties on construction sites.
Requirements:

Valid security guard license (BSP).
-
ASP construction card.
-
Dependability, punctuality, and professionalism.

Strong observational and communication skills.

Experience in site supervision (preferred).

Vehicle ownership (preferred).
Working Conditions:

Available for full-time or part-time roles.

Shifts during the day, evening, or night as required.
