A2A Security is seeking a dependable and professional security officer to oversee operations in Longueuil, QC.

Role Overview:

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the site, managing access for workers, visitors, and suppliers, and maintaining a secure environment. This role is critical in preventing incidents and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage access for workers, visitors, and suppliers.

• Perform preventive surveillance rounds.

• Safeguard equipment and materials on site.

• Draft incident and activity reports.

• Enforce safety regulations and report any hazardous situations. These tasks align with the typical safety and prevention duties on construction sites.

Requirements:

• Valid security guard license (BSP) is required.

• ASP construction card is preferred.

• Dependability, punctuality, and professionalism are essential.

• Strong observational and communication skills.

• Previous experience in site supervision is an asset.

• Vehicle ownership is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Conditions:

• This position offers full-time or part-time opportunities.

• Shifts may include days, evenings, and nights, based on operational needs.
