Agence de Sécurité A2A Inc. is hiring professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Guards to work in an airport environment in Montreal. In this role, you will help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for passengers, employees, visitors, contractors, and airport-related personnel while representing a fast-growing boutique security firm.

This position is ideal for security professionals who are calm under pressure, comfortable working in a high-traffic environment, and able to maintain a professional presence in a sensitive and fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, visible, and reassuring security presence at assigned posts within the airport environment.

• Perform access control by verifying authorizations, passes, visitor access, contractor access, or other credentials as directed.

• Monitor entrances, exits, restricted areas, service areas, lobbies, checkpoints, parking areas, or other assigned locations.

• Assist with crowd control, line management, guest flow, and general safety support.

• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, disturbances, policy violations, or unauthorized access attempts.

• Support airport staff, client representatives, property management, and supervisors with maintaining order and enforcing site rules.

• Assist with de-escalation of tense or disruptive situations in a calm, respectful, and professional manner.

• Respond to incidents such as disturbances, medical emergencies, access issues, alarms, evacuations, or other situations in accordance with site procedures.

• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members using radio, phone, or other assigned communication tools.

• Complete clear and accurate incident or activity reports when required.

Requirements

• Valid BSP security guard permit — mandatory.

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional security experience preferred.

• Prior airport, transportation, logistics, hospitality, corporate, or high-traffic site security experience is a strong asset.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-service-oriented attitude.

• Calm, alert, and able to make good decisions under pressure.

• Professional appearance, strong sense of discretion, and reliable work ethic.

• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.

• Punctual, dependable, and available to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Ability to follow post orders, client instructions, airport/site procedures, and supervisor direction.

• Bilingual French/English communication skills are strongly preferred.

• Ability to obtain or maintain airport-related access credentials, if required by the assignment, is considered an asset.
