A2A Security is looking for a dedicated and professional security concierge to oversee operations at a residential condominium tower in Montreal, QC.

Role Overview:

As a Security Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the building and its residents, managing access for visitors, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage access control for residents and visitors.

• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols of the premises.

• Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively.

• Provide assistance and information to residents and guests.

• Draft incident reports and maintain accurate records of activities.

• Enforce building rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements:

• Valid security guard license (BSP) is required.

• Previous experience in a concierge or security role is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Dependability, punctuality, and professionalism are essential.

• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Working Conditions:

• This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.

• Shifts may include days, evenings, and weekends based on operational needs.

• Competitive pay will be offered based on experience, ranging from $18.00 to $20.60 per hour.
