A2A Security is seeking a dedicated and professional Event Security Guard to oversee operations in Austin, TX.

Role Overview:

As an Event Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of events, managing access for guests, and maintaining a secure environment. This role is essential in preventing incidents and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage access control for guests and staff at events.

• Monitor event areas for unauthorized access, suspicious activities, and safety hazards.

• Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively.

• Provide assistance and information to guests as needed.

• Draft incident reports and maintain accurate records of activities.

• Enforce event rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements:

• A valid Texas Security Guard License is required.

• Previous experience in event security is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Dependability, punctuality, and professionalism are essential.

• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Working Conditions:

• This position offers part-time opportunities.

• Shifts may include evenings and weekends based on event schedules.

• Competitive pay will be offered based on experience, starting at $18.00 per hour.
