Key Responsibilities

• Quickly respond to on-call dispatch requests and reach assigned locations within designated timeframes.

• Ensure a visible and professional security presence at various posts, including entrances, lobbies, parking lots, and perimeters.

• Monitor premises for unauthorized access, suspicious activities, safety hazards, and policy violations.

• Manage access control by verifying credentials, visitor logs, or authorizations as necessary.

• De-escalate conflicts with a composed and professional approach.

• Respond to disturbances, medical emergencies, or evacuation situations according to site protocols.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors using assigned communication devices such as radios or phones.

• Prepare thorough incident and activity reports as needed.

Qualifications

• A valid Texas Security Guard License is mandatory.

• Must be capable of responding promptly on short notice and reporting to different locations as required.

• Previous experience in a security capacity is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure scenarios.
