As an on-call officer, you will be sent to various client sites, delivering crucial security coverage when it is most critical. This role suits experienced security professionals who excel in adaptability, can act swiftly, and follow diverse instructions on short notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Quickly respond to on-call dispatch requests and reach specified locations within the required timeframe.

• Sustain a visible and professional security presence at your assigned posts, including entrances, lobbies, parking lots, and perimeters.

• Monitor locations for unauthorized access, suspicious activities, safety hazards, and policy violations.

• Execute access control and verify credentials, visitor logs, or authorizations as necessary.

• Assist in de-escalating incidents with a calm and professional demeanor.

• Handle disturbances, medical emergencies, or evacuations in accordance with site protocols.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors using designated communication tools like radios or phones.

• Complete thorough incident and activity reports as necessary.

Qualifications

• A valid Texas Security Guard License is mandatory.

• Must be able to respond promptly on short notice and travel to various locations as required.

• Previous experience in a security role is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure scenarios.
