Key Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to on-call dispatch requests and reach assigned locations within the required timeframe.

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at designated sites, including entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeters.

• Monitor for unauthorized access, suspicious activities, safety hazards, and policy violations.

• Control access and verify credentials, visitor logs, or authorizations as necessary.

• De-escalate incidents in a professional and calm manner.

• Address disturbances, medical emergencies, or evacuations according to established site protocols.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors using specified communication tools such as radios or phones.

• Prepare thorough incident and activity reports as needed.

Qualifications:

• A valid Texas Security Guard License is required.

• Respond swiftly to security incidents, employing conflict de-escalation techniques and managing conflict situations professionally.

• Create detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities with clarity and precision.

• Assist in conducting background checks on new staff or vendors during the onboarding or vetting process.

• Execute emergency response procedures, including CPR, AED (Automated External Defibrillator), Taser deployment (where applicable), and fire safety protocols.
