Security Operations Manager

Position Summary:

You will begin your journey as a security guard, with the potential to move into a supervisory role as our operations expand. Obtaining a PPO license is essential for your advancement, and candidates already possessing this license will have a distinct advantage.

Primary Duties:

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence at designated sites.

• Oversee daily security functions and confirm compliance with safety protocols.

• Control access and monitor surveillance equipment.

• Act promptly and efficiently to incidents and emergencies.

• Support the training and development of junior security staff.

• Document incidents and keep precise records.

• Uphold company policies to foster a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid California Security Guard License.

• Commitment to complete the required training for a PPO license.

• Experience in a security or supervisory role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Dependability, punctuality, and professionalism are essential.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.

Work Environment:

• Options for both full-time and part-time schedules are available.

• Shifts will vary, including days, evenings, and weekends, depending on the needs of the operation.

• Attractive hourly rate starting at $25.00, based on experience.
