Security Operations Supervisor

A2A Security is looking to expand its team in San Francisco, CA, and is in search of a committed and skilled Security Operations Supervisor.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will start by serving as a security guard and will gradually transition into a full-time supervisory position as we grow our operations. You will need to complete the training for a PPO license, which is crucial for your progression within our company. If you already hold a PPO license, that will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a professional and visible security presence at assigned locations.

• Supervise daily security operations and ensure adherence to safety standards.

• Manage access control and monitor surveillance systems.

• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies.

• Assist in training and mentoring junior security personnel.

• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records.

• Enforce company policies and procedures to create a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• A valid California Security Guard License is mandatory.

• Willingness to complete the required course for acquiring a PPO license.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or security position is preferred.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are crucial.

• Capability to manage stressful situations effectively and calmly.

Working Conditions:

• This role offers both full-time and part-time options.

• Shifts may vary, including days, evenings, and weekends based on operational demands.

• Competitive hourly pay starting at $25.00, commensurate with experience.
