Security Supervisor

A2A Security is expanding its operations in San Francisco, CA, and is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Supervisor to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a Security Supervisor, you will initially work as a security guard while gradually transitioning into a full-time managerial role as we expand our sites. This position requires a commitment to completing the necessary training for a PPO license, which is essential for your advancement within the company. If you already possess a PPO license, that will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a professional and visible security presence at assigned locations.

• Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Manage access control and monitor surveillance systems.

• Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively.

• Assist in training and mentoring junior security staff.

• Draft incident reports and maintain accurate records of activities.

• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements:

• A valid California Security Guard License is required.

• Willingness to complete the necessary course for obtaining a PPO license.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or security role is preferred.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Dependability, punctuality, and professionalism are essential.

• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Working Conditions:
