About this role
A2A Security is expanding its operations in San Francisco, CA, and is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Supervisor to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a Security Supervisor, you will initially work as a security guard while gradually transitioning into a full-time managerial role as we expand our sites. This position requires a commitment to completing the necessary training for a PPO license, which is essential for your advancement within the company. If you already possess a PPO license, that will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide a professional and visible security presence at assigned locations.

Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Manage access control and monitor surveillance systems.

Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively.

Assist in training and mentoring junior security staff.

Draft incident reports and maintain accurate records of activities.

Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
Requirements:

A valid California Security Guard License is required.

Willingness to complete the necessary course for obtaining a PPO license.

Previous experience in a supervisory or security role is preferred.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
